Delivery by all non-inflatable products (mechanical) includes:
Unit and construction with accessories, product manual, dependent on manufacturer
Delivery of promotional products:
Promotional product, blower, ropes, product manual
Terms of payment: 50% down payment by order. Remaining amount without deduction before delivery by bank transfer or
cash by collection.
We accept payment by VISA card - a transaction charge of 1,75% will be added. Goods remain our property until
account is settled. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. Place of
fullfillment is Hartberg. Our general terms and conditions apply to all written and oral contracts.
Sale and delivery conditions: By every decorative painting slight changes might occur. 1) Variance from the standard
painting and 2) variance from the project drawing. Further, it can happen that the picture (by big units) by the stitches can
seem bumby due to the fact that the painting is done before stitching. In this case there is no-claims discount entitlement.
Warranty: 400 in-use days, however maximum 2 years (by season operation). On blowers we issue 2 years guarantee.
On sliding sheet by giant slides, boxing gloves, bungee ropes, belts , helmets, and other action games accessories -
1 month guarantee. For teeth by crocodile snappy slide we also give 1 month guarantee.
By foam steps there is a 3 month guarantee.
All repairs covered by warranty will be made in our workshop in Hartberg/Austria. Costs of transport
workshop will be charged to the customers account: EUR 1,00 /km including travel costs.
